  • Develop and monitor quality benchmarks: Define and regularly review quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities, such as curriculum design, teaching-learning processes, evaluation systems, student support services, and infrastructure development.
  • Establish mechanisms for feedback and grievance redressal: Design and implement effective feedback mechanisms to collect inputs from stakeholders, including students, parents, alumni, employers, and the community. Develop a structured process for addressing grievances and taking necessary actions based on feedback received.
