Institute invites applications from apt candidates possessing excellent academic background for selection to the faculty positions at the level of Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors in various Specializations under MBA.

• Qualification, experience and scale of pay as per AICTE norms.
• Additional pay for experienced / Ph.D candidates
• Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
• Diploma holders can apply for limited technical posts.
• Applicants who attended interviews at the College within one year need not apply again

Candidates can apply for any relevant posts of the institute at any time. Application received through the online portal will be added to the data base of the application pool, in case the applied post is currently unavailable. Such applications will be considered for the future vacancies. Applicants are expected to update their CV in every 6 months, in case of pending status/ not called for interview.

Selection Process

• Selection process at Vimal Jyothi Institutions will be only on merit basis. We never have donation or recommendation based appointment.
• Applications received for currently non-available positions will be added to the application data base for future openings
• Candidates will be shortlisted and interview call letter will be given through e-mail, for the existing vacancy
• Candidates appearing for interview should submit the following and originals for document verification:
  • Detailed C V (Mandatory)
  • Self attested copies of all relevant certificates (Mandatory)
  • Aadhar and PAN card Copies (Mandatory)
  • First page of research publications, experience certificates, etc if any
  • Fill the consolidated interview form, available at HR department on registration
  • 4 recent passport size photos in white back ground (Mandatory)
• Selection Interview
  • Selection interview will consists of personal interview, technical interview and subject presentation (50% weightage will be given for interview).
  • Candidate may come prepared for a 5 minute class on subject related topic identified by the panel
  • 50% weightage will be given for academic performance, NET, Certifications, relevant experience, institutions for UG & PG.
  • Short listed candidates will be informed about the joining formalities by the HR department.
