A rigorous curriculum is only as good as the faculty who teach in the programme. VJIM faculty members are involved in teaching and consultancy, as well as leading edge research in key managerial areas. Many of them have taken up teaching assignments at VJIM after years of teaching and corporate experience. They have reputed publications to their credit. His academic research was on the 'Technology Adoption of the Educators' from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore (2021) and his MBA graduation was with a dual specialization in Finance and marketing from Rajagiri School of Management under MG University, Kottayam (2008). He is a post-graduate diploma holder in Human Resource Management and possesses a UGC NET qualification in Management (2008). He was working as the Administrator and Associate Professor in this institute during 2010-2019. He was also served at the Vimal Jyothi Engineering College as the Administrator in HR Department 2008-2019 and has more than 3 years of teaching experience in Vimal Jyothi Engineering College, Chemperi under the Applied Science and Humanities Department. He is a Catholic Priest incardinated with the Archdiocese of Thalassery and possesses four years of administrative and pastoral experience within the parishes of the same Archdiocese.
His areas of academic interest are HRM, HRPD, HRD, Insurance & risk management, Business ethics, RM and effectively involved in organization building, recruiting and staffing functions, strategy formulation, advertisement and branding of the institutions, ERP solutions and technology implementation. His research areas are technology adoption, digital learning environments, teacher engagement.

Fr Sony is Catholic Priest belonging to the Archdiocese of Thalassery. He got Ordained on 3rd January 2008. He served as Assistant Parish Priest in the Parishes of Angadiadavu, Alakode, Nellikutty.
In the year 2011 he served Vimal Jyothi Institutions as the Warden of Sanjose Hostel. He completed MBA in First class from Karunya University Coimbatore, Tamilnadu.
He also secured best international conference paper award for his research paper titled “Role of Spiritual intelligence on Job Satisfaction – A study in Professional university†conducted BMS College Banglore.
His areas of interests are spiritual intelligence, Employability skills, learnability quotient etc.
During the tenure as the director of Youth Movement in the Archdiocese of Thalassery, he conducted more than 100 youth training Programme and camps.
“Phalasamrudhiâ€, a project in association with Homegrown Biotech, to empower farmers of the districts of Kannur and Kasaragod was a flagship Programme of the kind which distributed more than 3 lakhs exotic fruit plants from tropical regions around the globe;
His academic research is on the ‘Role of Learnability quotient and Spiritual intelligence in Employability enhancement among the youth of South India†at CHRIST (Deemed to be University) Bangalore (2020)
His areas of academic teaching are HRM, Management information systems (MIS) Training and Development: Systems and Practices (TDSP), Organisational Behavious (OB), Management Theory and Principles (MTP), Indian Management Ethos and Practice (IMEP), Organisational Development (OD).
Apart from the management subjects he also teaches in language institutes for the IELTS, OET, English for the students and teachers.

Holder of the UGC NET qualification in Management, she possesses an MBA in Marketing & Systems from the prestigious College of Engineering, Trivandrum, as well as a BSc in Physics from Sacred Heart's College, Thevara, Ernakulam.
With a solid foundation in academia, Mrs. Therese began her professional journey as an Assistant Manager at Axis Bank. During this time, she excelled in managing various banking operations and fostering strong customer relationships. Her proactive approach and strategic thinking enhanced the bank's service delivery. Diversifying her experience, Her practical acumen expanded during a project trainee role with Mico Bosch Bangalore, working on a market research project that honed her problem-solving and project management abilities. In the entrepreneurial realm, she established a successful online clothing boutique demonstrating keen business acumen and effective marketing strategies.
Her passion for education and mentorship led her to assume the role of an Assistant Professor at Navajyothi College, Cherupuzha. She not only imparted valuable knowledge but also guided research projects, motivated students, provided insightful counseling and facilitated engaged learning environment.
