Mr. Nidhin Romeo with over 14 years of professional experience spanning both industry and academia.
He completed his MBA from Anna University, Coimbatore, with a dual specialization in Marketing and Finance in 2009. Additionally, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management from NIPM Kolkata in 2014. Following his MBA, he began his career at IBM Bangalore, where he worked as a Project Representative from 2009 to 2014. Seeking international experience, he relocated to the UAE and joined the Swiss Business School’s UAE campus as an Administrator and Faculty in Management, serving from 2014 to 2018. In 2018, he joined Middlesex University Dubai, a branch of the London-based institution, as a Student Advisor, where he worked until 2022. In 2022, he transitioned to the Institute of Management Technology Dubai as a Program Manager, holding the position until 2024 where he oversaw academic programs and further honed his Academic and management skills.
His academic interests include Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Training & Development, Finance, and Management Information Systems. His wide range of experience in the industry and academics enables him to offer students insightful advice in these fields. All things considered, Mr. Nidhin is a tremendous asset to the college because of his enthusiasm for research and teaching as well as his solid industrial experience.
