Lazar's invaluable insights have played a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of VJIM.The Tally ERP Add-On Certification Program is designed to enhance the students' proficiency in financial accounting, taxation, inventory management, and various other aspects of business administration using the Tally ERP software. On a momentous day, the Sanjose Academy Chemperi witnessed the auspicious inauguration of a language training program, led by none other than Fr. Sony Vadasseril, the esteemed director of the academy. The event brought together students, faculty, and dignitaries, all eager to delve into the significance of language and its transformative power. Fr. Sony Vadasseril, a visionary in the realm of education, graced the occasion with his erudition and infectious enthusiasm. As the Director of Sanjose Academy Chemperi, he carried the responsibility of nurturing young minds and shaping the future generation. Language, in his eyes, was the cornerstone of communication and the key to unlocking knowledge, ideas, and emotions. In his inaugural speech, Fr. Sony Vadasseril eloquently articulated the immense importance of language as the medium through which humans connect, understand, and exchange thoughts. He emphasized that language was not merely a tool for transmitting information but an integral aspect of human identity, culture, and history.

The Pre-MBA program for 2023-25 is scheduled on 10th July is rescheduled to 18th July 2023 due to the drastic weather conditions.

The one-month Organization Study (OS) for the batch of 2022-2024 has commenced on July 5th, 2023. This study period provides students with a valuable opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world industry practices and gain practical experience. By participating in the OS, students have the chance to bridge the gap between their theoretical knowledge and its application in the industry. They will report to their respective firms, where they will be able to familiarize themselves with industry practices and learn firsthand from professionals in their field. This immersive experience will undoubtedly contribute to their overall understanding of the industry and enhance their practical skills.

Rev Fr James Chellamkottu (Manager) and Dr Fr Genimon Vadakkemulanjanal Joseph (Principal) flag off the team for one week International Industry Training at Malaysia. The 39 member team consisted of the 4th Semester students and faculty. The training program at Malaysia consisted of the textile industry visit & interactions, session on design thinking and University visit at Asia Pacific University, and field study at multiple locations of Kuala Lumpur.

45 hours training on Digital marketing is scheduled for the 2nd Semester students from 21st March to 25th March 2023. The sessions will be on hybrid manner with support of the ICT Academy, Trivandrum. Theoretical part will be through LMS and the hands on sessions will be at VJIM Lab.

VJIM organized an International Visit for 2021-23 Batch MBA students to Malaysia ,Kuala Lumpur from 21st march 2023 to 25th march 2023.The visit was arranged by college with an objective of providing students an International exposure and a deeper understanding of International culture. The main objective of the visit was to make students learn to get around in a new environment and immerse themselves in a new culture.

National Level Industry visit and interaction for 2nd Semester students. The team will start from 16th March and will return by 19th March 2023. The team will have training at Volvo Construction Equipment Manufacturing plant at Pennya, Banglore on 17th March 2023. Other programs are also scheduled.
